TEACH-Y

Tired of having to pay all those pesky humans? Tired of having to look for people to hire? Meet TEACH-Y, your new teaching assistant! TEACH-Y will provide pupils with all the assistance they need in the subjects they're struggling most with thanks to the excellent training done by our staff! I'm sure not a single ounce of misinformation will ever be spread!

This game was made for a module during my master's degree called Speculative Design in which you had to speculate on a possible future and then use a medium of your choosing to present this concept in a way that promotes critical thinking by the person interacting with the work. I chose to make a game about a future in which AI has started to bleed into schools as replacements for teaching assistants. The player plays through both the training of the AI and then 'uses' the AI afterwards so they can see the consequences of how well they trained it. After finishing and submitting my work for the module, a Distinction grade was given for my work on the game itself and the report submitted alongside it.

No generative AI content was used in this game - it is strictly about AI.
